This global campaign promotes Pedigree Dentastix oral care through a playful, tactile world made entirely of fuzzy felt textures. The goal was to visualize the concept “Good Dogs Have Bad Mouths”. Our team developed a 3D felt world, crafting bacteria-inspired shapes, textures, and typography that could scale across print, digital, and motion deliverables.

I was responsible for creating the 3D felt texture look and fuzzy typography across multiple language versions. This involved developing materials, lighting, and render setups in Cinema 4D and Redshift, ensuring consistency across all Key Visuals and adapting designs for new translations while maintaining the playful tactile aesthetic.

Deliverables

Bacteria Development

The 2D design team developed a series of exploratory sketches featuring various bacteria forms, textures, and color palettes. Based on the client’s feedback, a selection of preferred designs was chosen.

I was responsible for modeling and texturing several of these selected bacteria, translating the 2D illustrations into 3D while preserving their tactile and playful aesthetic.

Typography Development

Building upon the original English Key Visual, the process involved refining letter forms, maintaining material consistency, and ensuring legibility while preserving the tactile, handcrafted look of the campaign.
